At our company, the SMART GRID project aligns with our Green and Solar Design philosophy, emphasizing sustainable solutions for the building sector. Leveraging solar energy and incorporating greenery into buildings, the project reduces environmental impact and enhances thermal comfort. Overall, SMART GRID reflects our commitment to sustainable development by integrating innovative technologies and nature-based solutions to create greener, more resilient urban environments.
It’s time to change the way we build! The proliferation of plastics in the oceans is alarming, but containment since 2020 also shows the importance of comfort in our homes, especially in cities undergoing tropical growth. To avoid an energy crisis, architecture must prioritize climate comfort and collective efforts. AI should be used to optimize existing practices, not as a miracle solution. Let’s adopt sustainable strategies for our planet and look to our future responsibly.
Each element of the architecture is recognizable because of its function; nevertheless, visual originality arises from the whole: the truth. Only it could not be tangible without the effect of the proportion, it is exactly the case in the meeting. Grass Field architecture incorporates the arts that high light the symbols, myths, and common beliefs of populations. They reflect a political, spiritual, and architectural homogeneity on the scale of the territory, dense and populated. The architecture of the peoples of the forest is dependent on the constraint of ecological environments with regard to the techniques that are tested. It is an environment whose mysticism encourages architectural modesty. Immersed in lush and dense vegetation, the frame is made of fibers and visually merges with the plant canopy on the scale of the undergrowth.
A Multi-Purpose Building Design
Seamlessly blends communal identity with economic independence, aligning with Cameroon’s 2035 emergence program. With a focus on biophilic principles and iconic aesthetics, the design emphasizes functionality inspired by nature and cultural symbolism. The project aims to create a distinctive architectural landmark embodying reliability, uniqueness, and cultural resonance, while promoting sustainability and serving as a model for future development, symbolizing progress and cultural heritage through the fusion of tradition and innovation.
