The proliferation of plastics in the oceans is alarming, but containment since 2020 also shows the importance of comfort in our homes, especially in cities undergoing tropical growth. To avoid an energy crisis, architecture must prioritize climate comfort and collective efforts. AI should be used to optimize existing practices, not as a miracle solution. Let’s adopt sustainable strategies for our planet and look to our future responsibly.
It is one of the essences of life. Its composition and texture depending on the place and the cultures have given rise to several architectural typologies. Always in close and direct connection with the physical environment. The interpretation that humans make is a pure and direct expression of the societal affirmations in which it is integrated. These visible artifacts from a forgotten past must be reclaimed, much more than heritage, teach a lesson about what sustainable architecture is. Office, and recreated space for a design brand, play with mud, for a sustainable work environment – working space has to be reinvented, to feature well-being beyond productivity.
A Multi-Purpose Building Design

The project aims to create a distinctive architectural landmark embodying reliability, uniqueness, and cultural resonance, while promoting sustainability and serving as a model for future development, symbolizing progress and cultural heritage through the fusion of tradition and innovation.
Fractal-driven design for mathematical precision, cultural resonance, optimized connectivity, adaptive resilience, and aesthetic harmony. Aimed at achieving complete autonomy, self-manageability, ant fragility, and alignment with all related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The scarcity of resources is pushing to build industry to go toward fining circular approaches. Approaching the world changers center, an incubator of possibilities for the training of youth, the objective has been to provide the FBI with a dynamic center that optimizes resources while being independent in inputs..! To integrate this vast program (health, basic education, urban laboratory, management faculty, leadership training, business incubator housing …) we opted for the integration of the masses in a micro-climate and a biophilic approach emphasizing the use vegetation, which improves, thermal efficiency (air conditioning and use of biomass for biogas).
